I really don't know what to say about the council. Pardon me but its fucked up, real bad. Alright, they followed the tradition and carried on the taking of orders and delivering of flowers. But what's the use of taking orders if they don't even know simple addition? Hello? Can you add? I'm sure you can do it even without the knowledge of Sigma Notation. But they could actually run out of balloons and flowers. My goodness. Bunch of brainless airheads.

Ok. I accept the excuse that people stole the balloons but walking into the council room and taking the balloons right in front of their noses? More than 20 balloons were stolen. Ridiculously absurd. I wounder how the council is ran. Getting a gravitationally challenged guy with absolutely no charisma as the president, woohoo, its like getting Mee Siam Mai Hum to ran a country.

What really pissed me off is the idea of refund. Hey, I don't order flowers and balloons for nothing. I'm a paying customer and I expect my goods to be delivered. A refund shows irresponsibility. I wonder how these incompetent fools are selected.

Please ask me why did I find all ways and means just to quit council in the first place.

Utterly disappointed.
